HAND DELIVERY
It is possible to collect your order by handfree by appointment, at my office in Buccinasco - south/west province of Milan.
For orders placed on the Etsy platformyou need to enter the code
"HAND COLLECTION" in the appropriate space in the cart to reset the shipping costs.

Shipments are made throughout Italy withGLS express and tracked courier.
Delivery times:24 working hours throughout Italy.
Please note that at certain times of the year, such as Black Friday and the Christmas period, delays may occur.
The cost of shipping must be estimated according to the type of order
- starting from € 8.40 per item.

PER ORDINI DA ETSY
During the insertion of the order on Etsy the type of shipment is explained, in terms of type of courier, cost and timing.
COURIER SHIPMENT
Shipping throughout Italy withGLS express and tracked courier.
As soon as your parcel is entrusted to the courier, you will receive your tracking number via email which will be active from the same day after 7.00 pm.
Delivery times:24 working hours throughout Italy.
Please note that at certain times of the year, such as Black Friday and the Christmas period, there may be delays.
The cost of shipping starts from € 8.40.
A small difference is expected in the case of multiple orders or quantities greater than one piece.
SHIPPING WITH ITALIAN POST
For some items sold on Etsy you can choose the option indelible of Poste Italiane.
This type of shipmentIt is NOT traceable, consequently it is not possible to track the package during its journey.
Timing:from 1 to 4 working daysstarting from the day following the delivery of the parcel to the post office.
Delivery: in the mailbox
Shipping cost is €3.50. A small difference is expected in the case of orders with multiple pieces.
For all orders with standard shipping with Poste Italianeit is possible to upgrade shipping directly from the cart, by selecting the type of shipping Express
(with GLS express courier - see details above).
SPEDIZIONI PER L'EUROPA
Le spedizioni verso di paesi Europei* sono effettuate con corriere tracciato GLS.
Le tempistiche e i costi variano a seconda del paese di destinazione.
Di seguito una tabella esplicativa.
* Non è possibile effettuare la consegna presso alcune località dei paesi sopra elencati:
Corsica - Baleari - Canarie - Ceuta - Melilla - Azores -Medeira
Non è possibile effettuare la spedizione nei paesi non presenti nella lista sopra riportata.
COSA FARE SE L'ORDINE NON ARRIVA
Prima di effettuare un ordine ti invito a controllare la stima di consegna, per capire se le tempistiche inserite sono consone alle tue esigenze.
Ti ricordo inoltre, che durante alcuni momenti dell'anno potrebbero esserci dei ritardi dovuti al forte traffico di merci, come durante il Black Friday o il periodo Natalizio.
Se il tuo ordine è stato spedito e non è arrivato entro le stime previste ti chiedo gentilente di contattatami entro 7 giorni dal giorno di consegna stimato via email hello.confettimood@gmail.com oppure via telefono al 347.18.79.229 indicando gentilmente il nominato con cui è stato effettuato l'ordine, il numero di ordine o il numero di tracking.
Per gli ordini spediti con corriere GLS, è possibile chiamare il loro servizio clienti quando in possesso del numero di tracking inviatovi via email al numero: 02.98.03.55.56
Resi & Rimborsi
Per effettuare un reso è necessario contattarmi entro: 14 giorni dalla consegna

È necessario rispedire al mittente gli articoli nelle stesse condizioni in cui sono stati ricevuti entro 21 giorni dalla consegna.
Gli acquirenti sono responsabili dei costi di spedizione dei resi.
Se l'articolo non viene restituito nelle sue condizioni originali, l'acquirente è responsabile dell'eventuale perdita di valore.
I seguenti articoli non possono essere restituiti o sostituiti per la natura di questi articoli, a meno che non arrivino danneggiati o difettosi.

If the courier does not find anyone at home to collect the package, la delivery will automatically be scheduled for the next working day.
